Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the AcePrep app and website (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By joining the waitlist, creating an account, or otherwise using AcePrep, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use AcePrep.

AcePrep is a study aid intended to support your Cambridge O Level and A Level exam preparation. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Cambridge International Examinations (CAIE), and it is not a substitute for your teachers, official Cambridge guidance, or a certified examiner's judgment.

AcePrep grounds its answers, marking, and quizzes in indexed syllabus content and official past-paper mark schemes, and is designed to decline rather than guess when it lacks supporting material. Even so, AI-generated responses may occasionally contain errors and should be treated as study guidance, not a guarantee of the marks you would receive in a real exam.

You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Please notify us immediately at support@aceprepai.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account. You can delete your account at any time from within the app's settings.

AcePrep offers a free tier alongside paid Pro and Premium plans. Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Where a plan renews automatically, it will continue to renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.

You agree not to:

• Use AcePrep to submit content in an official exam setting in a way that would constitute academic dishonesty or violate your school's or exam board's rules
• Upload content that is unlawful, infringes someone else's rights, or that you don't have permission to share
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to AcePrep's systems
• Use AcePrep to generate abusive, illegal, or harmful content

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You retain ownership of the questions, answers, and images you submit to AcePrep. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to process it — including sending it to our AI providers — solely to provide and improve the service. You confirm you have the right to share any content you upload.

The AcePrep app, its design, branding, and underlying technology are owned by AcePrep and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Cambridge syllabus references and past-paper material referenced within AcePrep remain the property of their respective rights holders and are used for educational reference purposes.

AcePrep is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be entirely accurate.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AcePrep will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of AcePrep, including reliance on AI-generated study content in connection with actual exam performance.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the effective date above when we do, and material changes will be communicated where appropriate. Continued use of AcePrep after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
